3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- The service has not been provided yet.
- A clear error or fault occurred from the center’s side.
- The appointment was canceled by the center.
3.2 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
- After the dental service has been fully provided.
- If the client changes their mind after treatment begins.
- Promotional or discounted services (unless an administrative or medical error occurred).
