3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  • The service has not been provided yet.
  • A clear error or fault occurred from the center’s side.
  • The appointment was canceled by the center.

3.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • After the dental service has been fully provided.
  • If the client changes their mind after treatment begins.
  • Promotional or discounted services (unless an administrative or medical error occurred).

3.3 How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 3 business days.

3.4 Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
