2.1 Booking
Bookings can be made through:
- Our official website
- Phone
- Direct visit to the center
A booking is considered confirmed only after we contact you with the appointment details.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Inaccurate details may lead to cancellation.
2.3 Appointment Attendance
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals of more than 10–15 minutes may result in rescheduling depending on availability.
2.4 Cancellation & Rescheduling
The center must be informed of any cancellation or change in appointment at least 24 hours prior.
Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees or loss of the booking.
2.5 Payment
Some services may require advance payment.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the appointment.
2.6 Right to Refuse Service
The center reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if policies are not followed, for safety reasons, or for other valid professional considerations.
2.7 Liability
Dura Dental Center is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control.
